WHY I GOT INTO THE BUSINESS
Early in my career, I observed well-intentioned business owners navigating complex retirement plan decisions and saw firsthand how questions around plan structure, fees, and fiduciary responsibilities could feel unclear. That experience helped shape the focus of my work and continues to guide my approach nearly 30 years later.
WHO I SERVE
I work with small and mid-size Colorado businesses sponsoring 401(k) plans typically ranging from $2M to $25M, as well as professional groups such as physician practices and engineering firms. I also support plan participants who want to better understand their options and take a more active role in their financial planning.
WHAT I WANT FOR YOU
My goal is to help business owners gain clarity around plan oversight and help participants access education and guidance when they are ready through a local relationship, rather than a call center.
PERSONAL + CREDENTIALS
Based in Denver, I'm proud to call Colorado home. Outside of work, you will usually find me cycling, running, fly fishing, golfing, or exploring the mountains with my wife. Giving back to the community has always been important to me, both personally and professionally.
